Unable to login via client console version (8935).

Hi Team ,

We are doing  to build upgrade version from 8935 to 8977 .

after successfully upgrade , all the module are up & running ,even web server is also up and running .

but when we try to login via client console getting below console error :

why this error is coming up . can any check and let us know how do we solve this issue .

Hi,

This is the adobe client software that needs to have an update.

Just hit "Yes" , follow the instructions on the screen and you are good to go.

Hi Menno ,

Thanks for the response .

when hit the "Yes" , it was throwing another error : XTK-170000 unable to open a session .

but Yes ,it was the client console issue ,it is working fine after upgrade the client console to same version .

If this occurs often: clearing the local cache usually fixes this. (menu File->Clear the local cache...) (reconnect).
