Unable to extract reports in Adobe Campaign

Unable to export campaign reports in any format from the Adobe Campaign Client Console (6.1, build 8770).

The option to export is there, and the process in the bottom left ends as 'Done', but no reports are generated. Have turned off our pop-up blocker on IE and Chrome but still nothing generates.

Have tried all formats - Excel and PDF, but the confirmation pop-up doesn't load.

When processing, in the bottom left of the Adobe Campaign window is says "Waiting for about:blank" then says "Done", but nothing happens.

Any advice? Wondering if this is an issue with my companies IT set-up?

Hi,

I'd recommend you to reach out to Adobe support for further assistance. It seems to be a configuration issue.

Hi,

I had similar issue long back at that time, it was a minor bug. But, in your case it looks more like a server config issue.
