Tracking on multiple deliveries

Avatar

Hi,

Is there a way to see all of the tracking data for multiple email campaigns/deliveries between 2 dates?

I need to see what users clicked a certain url.

Hello @dwazirl ,

you can achieve same with different approaches:

  • If you need raw data and visualize them in other tools you would need query data from the tracking log. Your conditions would be: if certain URL has been clicked with the date range and selection of your deliveries (delivery code, internal names, labels)  And then export raw data to sftp.
  • If you want business users access this report directly from adobe campaign you might use e.g.  "Url and click streams" with global selection of folder where your deliveries are located
  • You can create your own report eg. you can duplicate the "URL and click streams" and create your own date conditions to display clicks in between given datetimes

Hope this gives you a good start,
