Hi!
I would like to know whether it would be possible to target users who have started a survey hosted in a Web Application, but have not completed it (therefore never clicked submit).
I know surveys do not store answers unless the user has clicked "Submit", but I was wondering if I could perhaps use tracking tacks in the DCE editor mode (or parameters, variables) to then later Query on incomplete responses.
Thanks a lot!

Hello Ruiz,
If you add a profile ID or email into the tracking URL parameters, you could then theoretically identify based on the tracked URLs who didn't complete the survey and then target them with a follow up email.

Craig

Hi Craig,
Identifying parameters were already included in the URLs, so I guess I will try by querying on tracked URLs and excluding those who actually responded to the Survey.
Thanks a lot!
