The web application does not have tracking tags

Hi everyone,

i have created a web application and I am trying a report of the clicks on this web application, however it says « this web application does not have tracking tags », whereas I have been sending a recurring delivery which one of the CTA redirects to this web application.

Do you know why the web application doesn’t track the clicks coming this recurring delivery ?

thanks

Hello @Terry25 ,

Web Application does not tracks clicks out of the box like the email activity does. To track the clicks happening on Web Application you will have to manually configure either  the tracking tags or the javascript code for the events on the web App.

Here is the documentation on how you can configure the tracking tags.

https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-classic/using/configuring-campaign-classic/setting-u...

Thanks,

Hi,

This would be available in the delivery's click report, or you can compile your own stats from nms:trackingLogRcp + nms:trackingUrl.

Thanks,
