Surveys - Linking Answers with a Question

Hello,

 

We are trying to implement Surveys on our Campaign instance, we are able to save and track the responses(Answers) of a recipient.


We have a need to send these metrics to the downstream system. for that we need a mapping between the question and the Answer. basically, we want to know to which question does the answer belongs to.

We observed that in the response of recipient schema, so such mapping exists.

 

Please help us with this.

Hi ,

 

There is table Called , nms:webAppLogRcp , this table is linked with Recipient table , you can check this table mapping for your question answer !

And Using workflow Targeting Activity : Survey responses , You can fetch survey response and send the those response to your downstream applications (You need to design the workflow for this job ) .
