SOAP returned Error Response for the Interaction API

I have an additional query to my earlier question asked in this thread

I am trying a simple SOAP request (details in the link mentioned). But I am receiving another different error compared to earlier one. Not able to understand on where to check and how to debug this.

I am completely new to this Offer / Interaction Management and trying for the very first time. Would really need an helping hand from Experts. Please help
