SOAP returned Error Response for the Interaction API

I have an additional query to my earlier question asked in this thread

I am trying a simple SOAP request (details in the link mentioned). But I am receiving another different error compared to earlier one. Not able to understand on where to check and how to debug this.

I am completely new to this Offer / Interaction Management and trying for the very first time. Would really need an helping hand from Experts. Please help

Check if flag XtkSecurity_Allow_PrivilegeEscalation is set in Options; otherwise set it to "1". See https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/installing-campaign-classic/appendice...

I created option and set it to 1. Now I am not seeing any error.
