SMS - start Pending - SMS is not going

I have Configured SMS channel and created Delivery template.. 

SMS delivery report shows that start pending and dont know what next i have to do to send this SMS.. 

 

PLease note I have tested the SMS functionality from vendor and I can send SMS from there website. 

It just that Campaign delivery process is not moving ahead and sending the SMS ....

If you have a on-premise installation of ACC and have access to the server command-line then it will be nlserver start <module>@<INSTANCE> If your instance is Adobe-hosted then you need to contact support to start the module for you

hi @Prasanna_Soni - you said you have tested the SMS connection from their website. Have you successfully sent an SMS from Adobe Campaign? It looks like there might be something wrong with the connection or external account config. Are you seeing any errors in the SMS service log?

From Adobe Campaign the the SMS Delivery shows status "Start Pending" The logs are attached. SMS Service log where can i find it ?

You will need to be an administrator usually but click on Home > Monitoring then look for sms@<instance_name> in the Processes List. Then click "Open the log journal" and you will see the service logs for the sms process. Look for any error messages for the SMPP process

I am administrator but i do not see SMS@instance in monitoring tab.. I do see below entries 

 

1. WatchDog

2. Syslogd

3. wfserver

4. web

 

How do i enable SMS service ?

Do you see any error on the Delivery Tab? Did you test using a Proof from the Campaign?
