SMPP Error message

We received this error message for a send from ACC to our SMS provider 

SMPP Command submit_sm failed. SMPP Channel has a limited throughput. (58)

 

Is this an error with the SMS provider or is this an ACC error?  It is a new one for me.

Hi TokyoTye,

 

This is an error from the SMS provider side.  As the error may suggest, they have limited the amount of messages being sent so you'll need to reach out to the provider to understand the specifics.

Hi @TokyoTye ,

Were you able to resolve this?

 

We have 400 TPS and 20 TX (10) and RX (10) bind connections but still getting this error.

Did you do any change in external account configurations?

Or vendor has done any changes from their end?

Please share your inputs. We've been facing this issue since long time..
