Several deliveries appear as 'to submit' in the tasks when duplicating a campaign

Hi,

I have been sending emails from ACC since November and I've realised that every time I duplicate a campaign, the previous deliveries are added to this duplicated campaign as 'Tasks' in the Dashboard and they appear with status = 'To submit'.

They also appear in the deliveries folder with the pencil icon next to them, and there are several of them.

Is there a way I can get rid of these tasks? What do they exactly mean and why do they appear?

Thanks

Clara

Hi,

Can you post a screenshot of the tasks, expanded (client info redacted)?

Thanks,

Hi @Jonathon_wodnicki, thank you for replying.

The first picture is what I see in the campaign management folder. I don't understand what those numbers highlighted in orange mean.
The second one is the deliveries folder. From 140 records created in that folder, 128 are this type of deliveries (duplicate deliveries that I'm not interested in).

Have you ever seen this before?

Thank you,

The numbers are the internal names of the deliveries, pencil icon is showing their status as 'Being edited'. The screenshot shows deliveries, not tasks? Deliveries attached to a campaign get duplicated with the campaign- that's configured in the 'owncopy' integrity attribute at the link(s) between nms:operation and nms:delivery. Best to leave that as-is, instead consider templates instead of duplication?

Hi @Jonathon_wodnicki,

Do you mean duplicating campaigns templates or delivery templates? In any case, how should I do that?

We usually duplicate both the campaigns and the delivery templates because we have many types, but maybe we are not doing it the right way.

Thanks for your help!
