Setting up SSL for On-Prem Campaign through IIS

I am having difficulty finding any good information on how to set up SSL for our On Premise installation of Adobe Campaign.  We have the certificate and I have enabled the binding in IIS using said certificate.  I need to configure login to use ssl from an installed client.  We can set the login to HTTPS in the application but it will not log in giving me the error below.  There has to be more to the configuration.

INT-150012 The HTTP query returned a 'Method Not Allowed' type error (405)
