I would like to know how to set up the answer management for my customers. To be more concrete, I would like to know how to configure an automatic answer to those who I sent an email and got back using the reply option.
I am aware that some other tools let you set up the profile management to reply / no reply, but I can't seem to find the way in Adobe. I have seen that it is possible to set the reply address in the parameters of the delivered email but not how to set the answer and how to send those replies to a dedicated inbox.
Autoresponders are considered bad practice in deliverability circles. To configure them, use inMail module under Administration > Campaign Management > Non deliverables > Mail rule sets. This is easier to manage with external software or services such as MS Exchange Server, so use those if you have the access.
