Separated right for workflow edit and execution

Hi Dear team, 

There would be question again 🙂

Our customer wanted to grant two role for ACC workflow management. One role which can only edit the workflow but can not execute it, the other is can only execute but no right to edit. If it is possible to achieve this ?

One role which can only edit the workflow but can not execute it

Yes, remove WORKFLOW right from the user or group(s) the user's in.

 

the other is can only execute but no right to edit

Yes, set workflow folder to read only for the user or group(s). Users will have to use buttons at the top right of console UI.

    Could I set a role that that role only could able to change the campaign Status to "Started", but that role could not able to edit anything on the workflow?
