Send notification once the Delivery has begun or has finished?

It is possible to add an Alert activity once a Delivery has begun or has finished?

Don't think we have OOO functionality for this. Best way to know about delivery start is sending a seed to yourself. So when delivery starts at scheduled time, you will also get the same email in your inbox.
