recipient profiles invisible

Hi ,

I have got a strange issue, where one of the user is unable to see few recipient profiles, as others. I have confirmed that it is not a access rights issue, because other users with same access rights are able to view it. What could be the issue?

Hi Priyanka,

The user is comparing the total counts in the recipient table with others?

Make sure that the user is viewing the data under recipient table (Administration --> Configuration--> Data Schemas --> recipient table) or checking the data under recipient folder (profiles & Targets --> Recipient)?

There will be chances of mismatching the data in these two.

The user import the recipient table again and will see the fresh data which will overide the existing table as may be some changes in preview XML by mistake.

Hi Venu,

Yes the user is trying to view from the same path as  you said- Data Schemas--> recipient table and profiles & Targets --> Recipient.

And no he is not comparing the count

Thanks for responding.

1. No change in filter criteria as others

2.Yes he is trying to view in recipient schema. Namespace is also same as others.

If the user is using filter criteria make sure the segmentation is correct.

where he is trying to view the profiles ?? Recipient table ??

If yes please check again which the namespace as well because there will be 2 or 3 recipients table with different namespace according to business requirement.
