Read List activity reconciliation issue

 I have ReadList activity with X Million data(on the list i have field called X1) and doing reconciliation on X1 field by using enrichment activity. The schema also have x1 field but different name(XX1)

note  = the data source on the schema is teradata.

Question = when i do reconciliation, the output is zero records.
