SMPP setup in Adobe Campaign classic

Hi All,

 

We are trying to connect SMS SMPP to get SMS from adobe campaign deliveries to mobiles.

We have used external accounts with generic SMPP but the messages are not going out from adobe.

The deliveries are getting executed and the workflow gets finished, but the message is not received by the user.

Could someone please help us figure out the issue and resolve it?

If you are still running into issues, I'd recommend submitting a ticket to Campaign Support.  There is a lot that goes into configuring SMS including the connection to an SMS vendor.  So if the delivery is successfully sending out from Campaign then it may be failing on the vendor side.  That said, it will likely be easier to address within a ticket to Support versus trying to do it piecemeal on this forum.

1) Please check if any typology rules applied. 

2) Also, please click the verbose mode to obtain maximum logs in your external account for the SMPP logs. 

 

And also , please cross check with the document mentioned above.
