Message Center-Unable to view batch events in Adobe campaign sandbox instance

Hi Team,

I am unable to view the batch events in message center node. The Real time Events schema is present which is capturing rt triggers however I want to see the status of batch events.

Can you please help.

Hello Subrat,

You can see under Message Center --> Event History activity and the schema (EventHisto) where you can see the status.

Hello subrats40659214​,

You can able to view the batch events in message center node for Adobe campaign(V6 only). Please check which build you are using now either V6 or V7.

Currently I am using Adobe campaign v7. Can you please let me know, where can I find the event history for batch events which are been triggered.
