How to send a campaign containing target audience at different send time

Hi Adobe campaign users,

 

I want to know how can we send a campaign through an email delivery to multiple people at different send time. Few below scenarios doesn't help my requirements.

1. Wave settings in delivery property

2. Scheduling option inside the delivery as it allows me to choose value already stored, but i want to send the campaign to people at different time which may or may not be uniform.

Appreciate your help. Please suggest how this requirement can be achieved.

Hi Akash,

It is not doable from the OOB activities of ACC. As Craig suggested you can split the audience and feed to individual deliveries with different times. I feel that too will not help your cause

 

Consulting can assist you on a custom solution like timezone split or Send time optimization. Please connect with your CSM to see if Consulting can assist with your requirement.

 

Another possibility is, if the volumes are not too high, you can use Message Center.

 

Prepare API calls with the @scheduled attribute set to the time when you want to send the delivery and start firing the api call. You can do so from marketing instance. Again, this will have limitation in terms of how many emails you wish to send and needs to be reviewed when doing the hardware sizing for your infra.

Hi Akash,

 

Can you elaborate a bit on your use case?  If waves and scheduling won't work it would help to understand so we can try and find a solution.

 

Can you add a split, a wait activity, and another delivery activity which would be triggered later than the other delivery?

I get your point here. But I want to send all individuals (say 100 or 1000) emails at different time. So adding additional email delivery will not help.
