BAS-010003 Unable to complete operation in current status

Hello, I am getting error a LOT when I try to open deliveries. I can click through multiple times until the delivery will open, but after awhile, the delivery will open in a blue screen and I am FORCED at that point to close down and reopen. This is a HUGE pain point for me. I have tried clearing cache but it only helps for so long. I have noticed that it happens more frequently when I have a "test" campaign open, with multiple workflows/deliveries within. I thought maybe at first it was because too many of the workflows within the test campaign were in a paused state, so I have made sure to STOP all workflows in all my test campaigns and this doesn't help. I'm trying to determine what else may be causing the issue. Any help/ideas are greatly welcome. Thank you! Cindy

Hello,

Can you tell us how many workflows and deliveries you have associated to the Campaign that you're trying to open?  Campaign does have a limit (around 30 if I recall) so if you have more than that associated to a single Campaign you might start seeing erratic behavior.

Additionally can you provide some background around when this first started, if any recent changes were made, what build you are on, and if you get any additional information other than the error stated in the subject line?

Also are you using a custom template or an out of the box template?  If Custom, can you try creating an out of the box campaign and delivery and seeing if the issue persists?  We've had reports of this occurring in the past when custom templates were created incorrectly.

Regards,

Craig

Have you tried clearing local cache on the client? Is a good idea to refresh it every once in a while and it may toke care of errors like this one (corrupt XML)
