Adobe Campaign CRM Connector for Salesforce - slow performance

Avatar

Level 2

Has anybody tried to ingest larger number of records from Sales Force into Adobe Campaign Classic using Adobe CRM Connector for Sales Force? I am finding out that it takes hours to ingest over 1M records and there seems to be no option to use Sales Force Bulk API. Using Salesforce Bulk API (outside of Adobe CRM connector) makes this work really fast (minutes) but from CRM Connector it is slow.

Hi,

Yes, the connector is slow. If you can, reduce the data being transferred with aggregates.

Other than that, you can make your own connector with bulk API, perhaps recycling parts of the existing like the UI and schema bits.

Thanks,

-Jon
