We are facing an issue when updating an existing record using an update activity. It does not give any error and shows the record has been updated. However, it never gets updated but if try to update the same record using a Script/SQL statement in the workflow, it’s works fine.
If any of the columns listed in the schema keys are blank, we might experience such issues. Could you please check that as well? If there are blank records in any of the key field, either it should be filled or the column should be removed from the keys.
