Not able to login Adobe campaign client console - Hybrid setup

We are facing issue connecting to Adobe Campaign using Adobe client console. Error is SOP-330021 Communication error with the server: please make sure it is configured correctly.

HTTP code 500 'A technical error has occurred: ODB-240000 ODBC error: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Login failed for user 'ACM'. SQLState:28000

Unable to connect to database 'hostname, port' of type 'ODBC' with the login 'ACM:database'

MS SQL Server is set as backend database for Adobe Campaign and is pointing to server '10.10.10.10', and we want to change the pointer to '11.11.11.11'. Now as we are not able to login to Adobe campaign we aren't able to make the changes.

We have raised with Adobe and direct us to Database team. From database team they have already provided the user id and password to us which is working in ODBC and appears good enough. Have anybody faced similar issue (or anyway work round to make the changes from backend) as we are stuck at the movement.

Samir

Hello @samirghogale ,

it is what it says your database server is down. I guess it was resolved by now.

Hi Marcel,

Thanks for replying, but the problem isnt resolved yet. The database server is up and running, we are able to access the DB and I have the credentials. I tried to set the connection with nlserver command "nlserver config -instance:INSTANCENAME -setdblogin:<[dbms:]account[:database][/password]@server>. But not luck. Seems the services aren't getting up, when I run "nlserver pdump -who" I get the same error.

It was working before I assume? And the instance was deployed as per docuentation right?
I guess if you have access to the adobe admin console open ticket with support or deploy entire instance again or maybe remove configuration files and try to configure instance again but reuse already existing database.

Hello Samir,

Was this ever resolved? I have having the same issue. We had on prem servers and now moved to Azure servers. I reinstalled ACC on the new azure servers and tried to Connect to our DB (SQLSERVER), which also sits on a azure server. for some reason, the connect fails. Below is from the logs (I turned on verbose)
