Hi all,
I'm facing an issue while creating a new channel:
Created a new channel in the enumeration in the delivery data schema (extended) and created new external account for this channel. Input form is used as for SMS delivery. Delivery execution is throwing the following error:
"The output message for recipient '' is empty." Document delivery has been canceled for this recipient. (iRc=-53)
It seems the content is not getting fetched even is inserted. Assuming that delivery form must be adjusted additionally.
Any idea?
Regards,
Milan

Hi,
For SMS, create a new connector with your own settings and js.
No need for a new channel.
Thanks,

Hi @Jonathon_wodnicki, I found where is the catch.
If you create new channel called mychannel, you have to provide content in XML code of delivery. I have added this manualy and delivery works. Now I am looking how to create this automaticaly (as SMS form is used you can see above that text is set for SMS) for new channel.
Any thougths?
Regards, Milan

Hi @Milan_Vucetic ,
Were you able to automate this? I was able to add the content by creating custom content fields with content definition in Delivery. However, Im unable to force processDeliveryPart to use this content while triggering messages.
Can you please help me understand how you were able to force your channel to be used in connector js?
Thanks,
Krishna
