Monitoring Process : Netreport configuration

Hi Everyone

Please advice if anyone has experience configuration of NetReport for Campaign Classic monitoring for Windows environment.

Hi @jeegnesh_patel ,

 

You need to have server access in order to do so. Are you working on Hybrid environment? If not, then you need to raise support ticket to Adobe Administrator to do the configuration setup for NetReport.

Thanks for your reply.

We have Hybrid Environment.

I got .zip file download, updated netconf.xml and netreport.bat  file as per instruction.

I tested access using monitoring session token using following link.. Its working fine.

 

https://<<InstanceURL>>/nl/jsp/monitor.jsp?__sessiontoken=monitoring

 

When I ran .bat file getting following error message. I raised support request to Adobe. Support has no clue how to configure this functionality. 

Please send me more detail if you have working config file for netconf.xml and netreport.bat
