A campaign workflow has 1,000 records coming into a Delivery. The messages to send count
is 880. What are two possible s for the missing records?
Hi Gurmet,you probably have duplicates in your incoming transition.After deduplication you have sent delivery to the 880 customers or some of them are blacklisted/quarantined. Please, check delivery audit there should be some info.Regards,
There might be few possibilities
a) The counts might have also dropped due to the Pressure rules.
b) IT can also drop due to invalid email ids
c) Duplicate email id's
