Mandatory things for creating New Campaign

Can we create a New campaign without creating Plan & without adding Start-End Date ?

Are these things always mandatory while creating New Campaign?

Hi @neelambakre - You don't have to use these when creating a Campaign. We only use the Start/End date as rough guides when the campaign starts and when its due to be reviewed. The fields aren't mandatory.

Hi Neelam,

By default only the label field is mandatory(required) to create a new campaign. But depending upon the business requirements different set of fields can be made mandatory by editing the campaign(nms : operation) form.
