Issue Connecting to SMPP

There is an issue to send SMS through SMPP:

The mobile can recieve the short message, but in Adobe campaign, the status is the "Sent to the service porvider", it should be "Sent" status

I find there is no DR.DAT and MO.DAT in the AC server, is there any confirgrations need to do for adding the DAT files
