Hello everyone,

I just sent out a newsletter on Adobe Campaign and I notice that one of the picture is wrong in the email.
Is it possible to change the uploaded image on mid sourcing level ?
The image is not correct and I would like to change it, do you think we can change the content of an image already uploaded to the server? If yes, how can I do such an action ?
Thank you for your answer.

Kind regards.

Hi,

The horse has already left the barn if you're using static image references in sent emails.

There are products such as Adobe Target and Movable Ink that use references to uncached dynamically generated images.

Those will allow you to change images post-send.

Thanks,

-Jon

Hi @thibaultb473199

I do not think that mentioned aproach is worth at all. Image is in most cases already downloaded in customer inboxes.

This would make sense with new Interactive Email Content with AMP (link).

However, let's hear the opinion of others.

Regards,

Milan
