Image upload issue in load balanced url whereas not in the individual urls

Hi Team,

We are facing issue in uploading images in load balanced url whereas not in the specific urls. Below is the error we are receiving

Unable to finalize storage of resource as the file has not been uploaded

We contacted load balanced team, but they are telling this is not an issue with their end. We are using Adobe campaign classic version 6.

We have distributed architecture,Database is on premise whereas mid sourcing is hosted by adobe team.
