Image Embed with Subject Line for Email

How can we embed image with subject line ? Its same as Rich push notification. One should see the image in inbox below Subject line.

Emojis? Just add to subject line per usual, db encoding permitting.

I want to Embed image below Subject line.Its similar to push rich notification.Can we do that in Adobe for Email ?
