Identify DND/ NDNC records (Mobile numbers) in quarantine.

Hello everyone,

I hope you are doing well. I would like to know if there is any way by which we can identify the mobile numbers that are in quarantine due to DND/ NDNC activated on these mobile numbers. Does Adobe Campaign receive/ store any tagging or information from the operator/ vendor when a mobile number with DND/ NDNC activated is sent an SMS from Adobe Campaign? If yes, then where can it be found?

Regards,

Jayesh

Hi @jayeshb_jb ,

I would say that AC is not aware of different provider's Do Not Disturb Registry.

You may use the existing AC opt-out system.

Anyway, this is really interesting topic. If it is feasible, Adobe should develop something similar like for emails (bounce system) where providers can return different "errors" or information to AC.

Regards,

Milan
