I have a campaign Delivery setup. When I ran the workflow, everything ran fine but Delivery status is showing as Personalization Pending. What could be the reason for this and how to fix this.
i think you have the same problem : Personalization pending status since 12 hours
First Stop the Delivery and Restart the Workflow, if doesnt work then you need to contact your adobe support.

No this status stayed forever.
I believe that you are facing issue just after sending the delivery, within a few minutes(depending upon the population you had targeted) it will be changed.
