How to set up blacklist and whitelist in adobe campaign

Depends on the context, provide more information what you are trying to achieve? what are you whitelisting? IPs? recipients? emails? domains?

• You can whitelist/blacklist emails/mobile phones etc by adding them to the nms:address schema either programatically through scripts (via inserts/updates) or manually (also read this doc for more support https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/sending-messages/monitoring-deliverie...)
