It is not doable from the OOB activities of ACC. As Craig suggested you can split the audience and feed to individual deliveries with different times. I feel that too will not help your cause 🙂

Another possibility is, if the volumes are not too high, you can use Message Center.
Prepare API calls with the @scheduled attribute set to the time when you want to send the delivery and start firing the api call. You can do so from marketing instance. Again, this will have limitation in terms of how many emails you wish to send and needs to be reviewed when doing the hardware sizing for your infra.
