Expand my Community achievements bar.
Is there any option to reopen the resolved ticket in https://support.neolane.net/ ?
Also how can i get permission to view resolved ticket in https://support.neolane.net/ dashboard ?

There is an option 'Reopen' post opening the ticket at the top right side.
You can view the resolved tickets under Home --> refine your search --> enable Display closed tickets check box and click on search button.
