My client has a requirement to manage the campaign brief in side Adobe Campaign. This involves capturing campaign related information such as Campaign description, purpose, target audience, segmentation info, start and end date, KPIs and other informations.
Also the requirement is to be able to have an approval process around the brief and to be able to view the interactions around the campaign brief and view the change that have been made to the brief.
I did a research and I could not map this into any of the product capabilities. Has anyone done something like this in the past?
