I have a requirement where I need to display custom metric section that is generally displayed under Administration->Campaign Management -> Customer Metrics is missing in my project.
I had assumtion that if I ran billingActiveContactCount workflow that section might be added, as the data ideally is linked to Customer Metrics.
But nothing such happened.
Please help out.
It could be a permission issue.
The Technical workflow you mentioned just updates the count in the schema.
If you don't have the right to access this folder then you can get the same data by looking into the nms:activeContactReportDetail data schema under Administration > Configuration > Data Schema.
