Hello @Santoshk ,
You can get the sandbox access from the Adobe Solution Partner portal fomr this link.
Make sure to use your official email address. SPP help will share the details within a week.
Once you have the details, there are two ways you can install the Adobe Campaign on your local machine.
1. Install Server and Client console on your local machine. In this installation, you will have full access to all the features in ACC
2. install client console only and use the ACC link from the sandbox email. In this, You might get a restricted enviornment and lot of other peope will be using the same instance.
If you want to learn everything then my suggesiton would be to download the server on your local machine and test everything.
How to install ACC Server - https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-classic/using/installing-campaign-classic/installing...
Prerequisite- JDK 8.-0, Postgresql 8
How to Install Client Console - https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-classic/using/installing-campaign-classic/installing...
Let me know if you need any help.
Thanks,
Manoj

Thank you for your answer. I have tried with the Developer role, they provided a 2nd way that you mentioned above. But I want to install the server and console into my local machine.
