Hello all,

Can anybody tell me how it's possible to display a form assigned to a predefined filter by default as done in the Recipient view?

Example:

I selected these options but nothing happened:

Further question: is it possible to use a dropdown list instead on an input field as a filter? How?

Yes, you can use the drop down filter as well as per your requirement. Set the values and give the xpath in the form while creating filter.

Hi, If a default filter is already applied to the list you need to disable it before applying a new filter. Then apply the changes and it will work. Regards, Venu

Hello @venu_reddy,

Could you kindly provide an example of both these things?

- Make a predefined filter as default
- Use a dropdown list as a filter

Thank you,
Salvatore

Hello @venu_reddy,

Could you kindly give an example?

How can I set a predefined filter as immediately visible in the list view?

Thanks,
Salvatore

See the following use case https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-classic/using/getting-started/filtering-data/use-case.html.

You may need to disconnect and reconnect to see the new filter.

Thanks

David
