Getting error while connecting AEM with Campaign

Hi,

I am following the steps mentioned here

Creating Adobe Campaign Forms in AEM - docs.adobe.com

to create the form in AEM and integrate with Adobe Campaign.

I am getting the below error in the campaign.log in AEM

Internal Adobe Campaign error: response body is: Error rc=-2003

Can anyone help as to what does this error means or how to gather more details?

    We were getting the similar issue and were able to resolve it. So thought I should share here just in case someone faces the same issue.

    We were using the wrong acMapping in the form page template:

    Make sure the acMapping property on the page's jcr:content node is set to mapRecipient or profile when using Adobe Campaign 6.1.x or Adobe Campaign Standard, respectively

    Hi Manas,

    Can you share details about your current implementation of the integration ? (version used for both AEM and Campaign).

    Can you make sure you have properly set up the cloud service to establish the connection between the 2 apps?

    Thanks for the reply

    AEM: 6.1 SP2

    Campaign: ACS

    Connection is happenig between the two and the response is coming back from Campaign to AEM.

    But it is giving an error code and we are trying to understand this error code.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your update. I'm not 100% sure that the forms integration is supposed to work with ACS (in my mind it was more fore AC Classic v6 or v7).

    I'll double check that and have a look at your error.

    Let me know in case you did resolve this in the meantime.

      We are getting the same error code with AEM 6.4 and ACS.

      It will be good to know if there is a solution to this issue or if any alternative was implemented.

      We were getting the similar issue and were able to resolve it. So thought I should share here just in case someone faces the same issue.

      We were using the wrong acMapping in the form page template:

      Make sure the acMapping property on the page's jcr:content node is set to mapRecipient or profile when using Adobe Campaign 6.1.x or Adobe Campaign Standard, respectively
