Due ACC doesn't track changes (old value vs new value) of recipient's fields, it is necessary to implement an audit tracking system so it stores every change or at least the last change on a specific field?
For instance, I want to track the date+time and the campaign where a user opted-out from a campaign. So basically is to create something like a trigger that is activated each time the blacklist field has changed.
Is that possible or are there any GDPR features in campaign?
