Experience cloud Triggers implementation with message center

I want to send real time communications to customers by using message center. Is it possible to  Events will be triggered  through Adobe experience cloud triggers. I have experience cloud triggers configured for website.

Please suggest possible way to achieve this requirement.

    Thanks Craig,

    We have implemented pipeline events already. But able to get only declared id for logged in users, want to get details for users who visited page via email communication sent.

    Can we get visitor id in trigger data as response from Experience cloud triggers. So we can reconcile visitor ids and send further communications.
