Error:XSV-350012 Invalid login or password. Connection denied

Hi,

I am getting error while I am trying to login to Campaign Classic V6 sandbox instance.

The error message is:

XSV-350012 Invalid login or password. Connection denied.

My company admin has added me in the Users list but still I am unable to login.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
