Error while sign in using Adobe ID

Hi

 

We are getting error for every user when we sign in using Adobe ID. Everything was working previously but this error started appearing recently.

 

Error

BAS-010063 An error (-53 code) has occurred. Your rights do not enable you to view its details.

I Found the issue. IMS credentials were changed by someone in Adobe Experience cloud external account. We were able to trace it using web logs which was 'Error during IMS authentication:Client credentials are not correct'

Please select the operator in the explorer tab  and goto Edit -> Edit XML source . Make sure authentication type is "ims"
