Error while sending email and sms delivery

When Iam triggering Email or SMS delivery, I am getting below error.
Could you please suggest me the solution for this?

Hello Ram,
When you get this error, it means that you have not the right on Technical worflows in Campaign process folder.
You need to add operator or group in security of folder Campaign process.
