Domain names in pURL template creation

Hi All,

I am trying to create pURL template, but when selecting the Domain Name in the dropdown, i am not able to find the list. I have added few domains in Enumerations for both domains and domainforpURL types. Please find in the below screenshots.

Could you please help me in creation and selection of pURL domain in the new template.
