Hi,

I would like to know the difference between :

- persons who have clicked

- number of distinct clicks

Up to now I was using 'persons who have clicked' to calculate my CTR but I think it should be 'number of distinct clicks'

Could you tell me the difference please?

Thanks a lot

Hi @emilief67681049

  • Distinct clicks : Number of distinct people having clicked at least once (excluding unsubscription link and mirror page) in a delivery. The rate displayed is calculated based on the number of messages delivered successfully.
  • The number of persons includes targeted recipients plus all persons whom the email was forwarded to. Each time there is an open or a click in a new browser (which the message has not yet been opened in), another person is added to the statistics.

or check this link for more information.
