Hi @ambikaTewari_ATCI 

you should use Admin Console (https://adminconsole.adobe.com) to open respective tickets with questions towards AC support.  If you do not have Admin Console check this: https://helpx.adobe.com/entp/enterprise-phone-numbers.html

Emails (for tickets in Admin Console) are usually received from entsupp@adobe.com
