created new field but not appearing in "structure" but is in "documentation"

Help please,

I have created a new field so that I can update data into it.

However when I go to check if the field was successfully created into the table it does not show in the "structure" but it does in "documentation"

any ideas?

Click on the 3 dots in the bottom left corner of the structure window.
